01Check-in instructions
The code comes to your phone. You open the door yourself.

The code arrives by SMS and e-mail
2 days before arrival, with the check-in instructions. Booking later than that? The code comes straight after payment. One code opens the building entrance and the door of your apartment.
Walk in when you get here
The entrance is on Dworskiego street - type the code on the keypad under the intercom. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Arriving earlier? Write to us - we will try to help.
Reception is open 10:00-15:00; at other times we are on call by phone. We speak English, Polish and Ukrainian.

Five types. From 40 m² with a balcony to a room for one night.
All in one townhouse at Dworskiego 11. Every unit has air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, a 43" smart TV, kettle, fridge, coffee and tea, towels and bed linen. Children under 3 stay free (except in the Economy room), and we provide a cot on request.

04Online booking
Check availability and the price for your dates.
Booking direct is cheaper. You get the confirmation straight away and the door code 2 days before arrival (if you book later than that, straight after payment). Online booking is handled by HOTRES.pl.
Online booking for tonight is available until 9 pm. After that, please call or message us on WhatsApp.

06Straight talk, before you book
Three things we would rather tell you up front.
- Stairs, no lift
- A historic townhouse, three floors on foot. Heavy luggage, or stairs are a problem? Call us or write before you arrive - we will try to find you an apartment lower down.
- The attic has sloping ceilings
- The top-floor apartments have sloping ceilings.
- Parking in the city centre
- Parking in the city centre zone is paid, but with our parking card you park in the city zone free of charge. You can get the card even after reception hours. There are spaces on Rejtana street (about 30 m from the entrance) and at pl. Legionów 1; the card works throughout the city parking zone.

- 200 m on foot, about 3 minutes. The townhouse stands on the corner, the entrance is from Dworskiego street - the keypad is by the door.

- The Azito Sushi restaurant is in the same townhouse, with a Żabka convenience store nearby (open until 23:00).

09Questions before you come
These are the questions we get most.
What time can I arrive?
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. With the code you can get in at any hour - after midnight too. Early arrival or late check-out - write to us, we are flexible when the apartment is free.
How do I get the door code?
By SMS and e-mail, with the check-in instructions - 2 days before arrival. Booking later than that? The code comes straight after payment. The code opens the keypad entrance on Dworskiego street and the door of your apartment.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Give your company details when booking or write to us - we issue invoices for business trips.
Is there a lift?
Stairs lead to the upper floors - the historic townhouse has three storeys. If that is a problem, write before you arrive and we will try to find you an apartment lower down.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes - cash, card or bank transfer. Just remember that the door code is generated after payment, so if you pay on site, arrange it with us by phone.
Do you speak Ukrainian?
Yes. We answer the phone and reply on WhatsApp and Telegram in Ukrainian, Polish and English.
