Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowe Import Eksport „CHOMBUD” Mariusz Chomik - beneficiary of the programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Podkarpacia 2021-2027
Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowe Import Eksport „CHOMBUD” Mariusz Chomik has obtained a grant from the European Union for the project entitled „Autonomiczny obiekt noclegowy z częścią gastronomiczną jako odpowiedź na zapotrzebowanie rynku”.
The main aim of the project is to introduce innovative solutions automating guest service processes in Przemyśl, which will set PUMO ApartHotel apart from the competition and will, among other things, ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.
The project provides for the vertical extension and conversion of the building located at ul. B-pa Jana Śnigurskiego 1A in Przemyśl, in order to create a modern, self-service accommodation facility, PUMO ApartHotel. As part of the investment, 17 fully equipped, independent apartments will be created, each of which will be integrated with an automatic management system. The scope of the project also covers the launch of an autonomous FOOD CORNER catering point, operating around the clock. The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and fitted with energy-efficient technologies.
The project will benefit domestic and foreign tourists, people travelling on business, and also people with disabilities looking for fully accessible accommodation. The project responds to key problems connected with the modern needs of travellers, in particular the growing preference of customers for self-service hotel solutions.
